Global Steel Service offers services in the field of painting of metal and metalwork.   Type of painting:      powder painting Advantages:   abrasive weariness resistance and shock resistance; chemical and petrol influence stability and salt resistance, as well as UV radiation stability; temperature difference stability; possibility of making thick layers of coating without drips and spreading; decorative coating of high quality made as one layer-coating. Presently powder painting is considered to be one of the most popular methods of painting of metal products. That is the reason of its popularity in the field of metalworking.   Painting process of any metal construction includes three stages. Preparation of product's surface for treatment: during this stage the surface of a metal product, being subject to powder painting, is feed from all inorganic and organic contaminations; than phosphating of surface for increase of adhesion and protection from corrosion is performed. Application of powder painting: after the preparation process, products are being dried and cooled down to the room temperature, and then are sent to the evaporation chambers. Painting of long-length products is carried out in pass-through chambers, and small-length - in the dead end chambers. In the evaporation chambers, powder painting is applied to the earthed half-finished product by means of a sprayer. Polymerization of coating: products, gone through the powder painting, are sent to the polymerization chamber, where at the temperature of 180-200 °С the powder painting adheres to the surface of metal constructions. This process lasts during about 30 minutes. After this the finished products are cooled down, packed and sent for storage.   The production is equipped with modern hi-tech equipment for technical control that provides high accuracy and quality of the processed parts.
