Plasma cutting:
Today plasma cutting is the most widespread and cheap method of steel and other metals cutting. The undisputable advantages of plasma cutting include:
– speed
– possibility of processing different materials
– processing of thick metal plates
Due to the use of HyDefinition technologies, a cutter is able to cut metal being 40 mm thick without scale. The production burning thickness makes 50 mm for low-carbon steel, 45 mm for stainless steel and 40 mm for aluminium. The maximal cutting thickness (from edge) makes 80 mm for low-carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as for aluminium. Table working surface can accommodate a metal sheet being 300 mm wide and 24,000 mm long.
The machine is also equipped with rotator (turning mechanism) for cutting at an angle. There is a possibility to be both cut-through and with a straight part (edge), that considerably facilitates further treatment, and also two-sided bevel and edge simultaneously. The turning mechanism allows to cut out both angle-cut cone that is necessary for pipe holes and angle-cut cylinder at the certain angle that can be useful during installation in a part of a corner construction.
Gas cutting:
It allows to cut low-carbon constructional steels and carbon steels containing 0.3-2.0 % C and a range of high-quality steels containing alloying constituents. Thus thickness of the flame-cut material reaches upto 300 mm.
Cutting of metal by means of Oxyfuel Cutting Machine (portable equipment for metal cutting) is performed using special guide lines, providing accurate observance of the forms and fineness of cut during cutting of sheet metal.
The production is equipped with modern hi-tech equipment for technical control that provides high accuracy and quality of the processed parts.
